At Spark Souls, every product is created with intention and care. As many of our items are made-to-order, please allow time for production before shipping.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery time is:

Total Delivery Time
Processing + shipping = approximately 5–12 business days

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. Availability for other regions may vary.

Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, holidays, weather, etc.).

Lost or Stolen Packages
Spark Souls is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping information is correct.
